Design & AI
Is it easy to use?
Yes — just type what you want in plain English. A single word, a short phrase, or a sentence is enough to get started. The AI will ask you a few follow-up questions to dial in your design. No design experience or technical knowledge required.
Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, or SVG (max 5 MB) and the AI will incorporate it into your pin design. For best results, use a high-resolution file against a white or transparent background.
Can I upload a photo?
Yes. You can upload a photo of your subject — a pet, product, place, logo, or anything else — and the AI will translate it into a pin-ready design. PNG and JPG photos are both supported (max 5 MB). The cleaner and better-lit the photo, the better the result.
How many revisions can I make?
You get up to 10 revision rounds per session — enough to get your design exactly right. Once you're happy, a member of our team personally reviews your design before it goes to production. You'll see the final design and must approve it before your card is ever charged.
Products & Options
What pin types do you offer?
Soft enamel and hard enamel pins. The AI will suggest the best construction for your design, and you'll select your preferred finish during checkout. If you want to make tweaks after seeing the checkout summary, you can request additional design updates right inside the checkout modal.
What sizes are available?
0.75" to 3.0" in 0.25" increments. Custom sizes are available for large orders.
Can I get different backing options?
Yes — butterfly clutch (standard), rubber clutch, or locking clutch. You'll be able to select your preferred backing at checkout.
Can I add special effects like glow-in-the-dark or glitter?
Yes — both glow-in-the-dark and glitter fills are available. Mention it during the design process and we'll confirm the options and pricing for your specific pin.
Ordering & Pricing
What's the minimum order quantity?
10 pieces minimum — one of the lowest MOQs in the industry.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees. No design fees. Pricing is purely per-unit, which decreases at higher quantities. You'll see your exact price at checkout after you've finalized your design.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your card is authorized at checkout but only charged after you approve the final production proof.
Do you offer a reorder discount?
Yes. Create a profile with WeMkr to see all your past orders in one place. Registered customers automatically receive a 10% discount on every reorder — no code needed.
Can I reorder an existing design?
Yes. Reorders are fast — no design phase needed. Use the reorder link on your order status page or log in to your account to reorder from your order history.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Soft enamel pins take approximately 10 business days at the factory. Hard enamel pins take approximately 20 business days. After production, shipping takes about 2 weeks to most destinations. You'll receive photos and video from the factory QC inspection before your order ships.
Where are the pins made?
Our factory partners are in China. WeMkr team members perform quality inspections directly on the factory floor — not a third-party service. Photos and video from the inspection are delivered to you through your order dashboard so you can see exactly what's being shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping cost and estimated delivery are shown at checkout.
What if my pins don't match the approved design?
We guarantee a free reprint if your pins don't match the approved artwork. Our on-site QC process and inspection media catch most issues before shipping — but if something slips through, we fix it at no cost.
