When you use WeMkr, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name and email address, provided when you place an order or receive a design proof.
• Design data — the prompts you type, any reference images you upload, and the AI-generated artwork created from them.
• Order information — product specifications, quantity, shipping address, and order history.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. WeMkr does not store or have access to your full card number, CVV, or raw payment credentials.
• Usage data — pages visited, session duration, and interaction events, collected via Google Analytics (GA4) and Contentsquare session replay.

We use your information exclusively to:

• Fulfill your order — communicate design proofs, coordinate factory production, and arrange delivery.
• Send transactional emails — proof approvals, shipping notifications, and order updates.
• Improve the AI pipeline — anonymized and aggregated prompt data helps us improve generation quality. We do not use identifiable customer data for model training.
• Analyze product performance — session and funnel data helps us understand where the product succeeds or fails so we can fix it.

We do not use your data for advertising targeting, and we do not sell or share it with third parties outside the processors listed below.

WeMkr relies on the following sub-processors to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.
• Supabase — order and design data storage. Hosted on AWS in the United States.
• OpenAI — AI image and text generation. Prompts and uploaded images are sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
• Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymized usage analytics. IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
• Contentsquare — session replay and heatmaps for product improvement. Sensitive input fields are masked.

• Order records — retained for 3 years to support reorders, warranty claims, and financial compliance.
• Uploaded images and AI renders — retained for 90 days after order completion, then permanently deleted from our storage.
• Session data — analytics session data is retained for 90 days per Google Analytics default settings.
• Email address — retained as long as you have an active order history. You may request deletion at any time.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data. Note: we may be required to retain certain order records for legal or financial compliance.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including session analytics.
