The rules of the road.

By accessing wemkr.ai or placing an order through our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WeMkr after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to customers with active orders.

WeMkr is an AI-powered design and manufacturing platform for custom enamel pins. The service allows customers to describe a design concept in natural language or upload a reference image, generate AI-produced artwork, and order physical pins manufactured to that design.

WeMkr acts as a design facilitator and manufacturing coordinator. Physical production is carried out by third-party factory partners operating under WeMkr's quality standards. Every order includes a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) validation and a pre-shipment quality inspection.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through WeMkr. By using the service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement. WeMkr is available for both personal and commercial use.

Orders proceed through the following stages:

• Design — you work with the AI to produce artwork. This stage is free with no obligation to order.
• Checkout — your payment method is authorized but not charged at this point. The charge is held pending design approval.
• Proof review — our team sends you a production proof. You have the right to request revisions at this stage.
• Approval — once you approve the proof, your payment is captured and manufacturing begins. After this point, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Production & delivery — your pins are manufactured, inspected, and shipped. Tracking information is provided when available.

Minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Orders below this quantity will not be accepted.

Your content: You retain all rights to artwork, logos, or images you upload to WeMkr. By uploading, you grant WeMkr a limited license to process that content for the purpose of generating your design and fulfilling your order.

AI-generated designs: Ownership of AI-generated artwork is assigned to you upon payment capture. WeMkr retains a license to use anonymized, non-identifiable renders for the purpose of improving AI model quality. You may opt out of this by emailing hello@wemkr.ai.

WeMkr platform: The WeMkr application, AI pipeline, prompt engineering system, and manufacturing integration are proprietary to WeMkr. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform.

You represent that you have the legal right to use any artwork or trademarks you submit and that your design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property. WeMkr is not responsible for orders based on infringing content.

Manufacturing defects: If your pins arrive with a verifiable manufacturing defect — colors, dimensions, or construction that materially differ from your approved proof — WeMkr will arrange a free reprint at no additional cost.

Approved designs: We do not offer refunds or reprints for designs that were approved by the customer and manufactured correctly. Please review your proof carefully before approving.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before proof approval with a full refund. After proof approval and payment capture, cancellations are not possible as manufacturing has begun.

To report a defect or initiate a reprint, email hello@wemkr.ai with your order number and photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery.

WeMkr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI will produce a specific result for every prompt. AI-generated artwork is creative output — results may vary. The proof review and approval process is your opportunity to evaluate and confirm the design before manufacturing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeMkr's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. WeMkr is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
