When you're happy, lock the design and enter your details at checkout. Your card is authorized — not charged — until you approve the final factory proof.

Approve the proof

We send you a production proof by email. Review it carefully — approve to proceed, or request a change. Payment is only captured once you give the green light.

Your approved artwork goes to our vetted factory. We manage production, quality inspection, and shipping — with live updates on your order status page.

What types of pins can I make?

Soft enamel and hard enamel pins. The AI will help you choose the right type for your design during the design process.

How long does it take?

Design is instant. For small orders (under 300 pieces), expect delivery 2–3 weeks after you approve the proof. Larger orders may take longer — we'll give you an estimate at checkout.

What's the minimum order?

10 pieces minimum — one of the lowest in the industry.

Do I own the design?

Yes. Once you approve and place an order, the artwork and manufacturing files are yours.
